Ongoing Work

Car Parking for Whitland in the town centre at the railway sidings and sufficient to replace the CCC leased area behind the Taf and Station house which is no longer public parking.  Increase parking capacity for residents primarily as many do not have off road parking. Unfortunately we stand to lose the area on St Marys street site in the future. Whitland is in a good strategic location alongside the main trunk road to and from Ireland. Parking is essential to support the function of the town centre and there is potential for AIRE stopovers.
